The IOSH occupational health toolkit website is designed to be as accessible as possible, and aims to comply with recognised web standards and UK government guidelines regarding accessibility. It is fully compatible with popular screen-reading software, and can be navigated easily using just a keyboard.
The site adheres to the Worldwide Web Consortium (W3C) content accessibility guidelines, with all pages on the site scoring at least an ‘A’ rating, and the majority of the site meeting the ‘double A’ or ‘triple A’ standards.
Most browsers let you jump to specific links by typing keys defined on the website. On Windows, you can just press ALT + an access key + ENTER; on Macintosh, you can press CONTROL + an access key.
