Access to and use of this website, ohtoolkit.co.uk, is provided by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). All use of ohtoolkit.co.uk and its subdomains (site) is on these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use the site.
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then-current terms because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages on ohtoolkit.co.uk or other IOSH websites.

The site will normally be accessible 24 hours per day throughout the year. IOSH will not be liable for any downtime experienced on all or part of the site, however caused.

The IOSH logo is available to:
- partners, eg collaborators in a project in which IOSH is formally involved
- organisers of events that IOSH is sponsoring or is officially associated with
- approved training organisations.
Usage is restricted to direct, specific references to the particular project, event or training programme. The logo should not be used to imply a broad or generic association with IOSH. The logo is not available for members to use on an individual basis. Full reproduction guidelines and logo configurations are available to authorised users.

To ask for permission to use the IOSH logo, please contact identity@iosh.co.uk and provide full details on how you intend to use it.

Where you are invited to submit any contribution to ohtoolkit.co.uk, you agree to grant IOSH, free of any charge, the right to reproduce, create derivative works from and exercise copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in IOSH’s privacy policy.

This site provides links to other websites that are not under the control of IOSH. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy policies, content or practices of these websites. Except for the websites of organisations where IOSH has a clearly defined commercial relationship referred to on the linked website, IOSH does not endorse any of the products or services advertised or available on any of the sites it links to. Non-UK websites may not be relevant to UK legislation.
IOSH cannot accept any responsibility for any websites that refer to IOSH but which IOSH does not manage.
Links on this site are related to occupational safety and health (OSH). Exceptionally, non-OSH-related links may be permitted where the linked site is considered to be of direct benefit to site users.
